【摘要】 蜡样芽孢杆菌是环境中普遍存在一类细菌,临床实验室中分离到蜡样芽孢杆菌的情况并不少见,但通常被认为是污染菌。对于免疫缺陷患者,特别是因血液肿瘤疾病住院接受化疗的患者,因处于感染的高风险阶段,应警惕蜡样芽孢杆菌引起的院内获得性血流感染,及时的鉴别和合理的选用抗生素将利于治疗。在此我们就一例由蜡样芽胞杆菌引起的白血病患儿脓毒症进行分析报道,旨在为以后类似的案例提供诊治经验。更多还原

【Abstract】 Bacillus cereus is a bacterium that is ubiquitous in the environment. It is not uncommon to isolate Bacillus cereus in clinical laboratories,but it is usually considered to be a contaminating bacterium.For patients with immunodeficiency,especially those hospitalized for chemotherapy due to hematological malignancies,due to the high risk of infection,they should be alert to hospital-acquired bloodstream infections caused by Bacillus cereus. Timely identification and rational selection of antibiotics will facilitate the treatment. Here we report a case of sepsis in a boy with leukemia caused by Bacillus cereus,aiming to provide experience in the treatment of similar cases in the future.更多还原
