雾霾对光伏阵列表面污染物粘附特性影响研究
Study on the Influence of Pollutants Adhesion on PV Array in Haze Environment
【摘要】 为研究雾霾对光伏阵列表面污染物粘附特性的影响,通过积污试验测得雾霾环境下光伏阵列表面沉积的污染物中天然尘埃所占比重不足10%,"霾"中的有机气溶胶颗粒、黑炭、可溶盐及金属氧化物等含量占80%以上。采用激光粒度分析仪测得污染物颗粒中99%以上为粒径小于10μm的微颗粒污染物。在不考虑接触变形及外力作用下,建立污染物颗粒的粘附模型,计算得到毛细作用力、范德华力及静电吸附力的取值范围,通过Matlab仿真分析粘附力及合力与粒径间关系,仿真结果证明各粘附力均随颗粒半径的增大而增大,其中范德华力和毛细作用力呈线性增大趋势,合力作用中毛细作用力占比重较大,为光伏阵列表面除尘提供理论参考。
【Abstract】 The effect of pollutants adhesion on PV array in haze environment was studied in this paper. It found that the proportion of dust in the pollutants deposited on PV array is less than 10%,but the organic aerosol in " Haze",black carbon,soluble salt and metal oxides are more than 80% through repeated sediment tests. It was measured that more than 99% of the particles are microbial pollutants by laser particle size analyzer. The adhesion model of the pollutants was established without considering the contact deformation and external force,the range of capillary force,van der Waals force and electrostatic attraction force were calculated,the relationship between adhesion force and particle radius was analyzed by Matlab simulation. The results show that each adhesion force increases with the particle radius,Van der Waals force and capillary force have linearly increasing trend,the joint action of the capillary force accounts for a larger proportion,which provides a theoretical reference for the surface dust removal of photovoltaic arrays.
