“双一流”建设背景下草业科学创新创业人才培养模式探讨

【摘要】 针对草业科学人才创新创业能力不足的问题,以"双一流"建设为契机,立足学科特色,按照市场需求,调整草业科学人才培养方案,准确定位人才培养目标,优化课程内容,强化实践教学,改进教学方法,培养学生的创新创业思维。以提升创新能力为核心,构建了"5个环节、4个阶段、5个模块、2个条件和3个平台"的实践教学体系,搭建了草业科学实践教学平台和教学团队,建立了具有创新创业特色的草业科学人才培养模式,提高学生的创新创业能力,实现人才培养与市场对人才需要的有效连接,以满足我国对草业研究与开发的专业人才需求。

【Abstract】 For problem of the lack of innovative entrepreneurial ability of pratacultural science talents, taking opportunity of the "double First-rate"development,according to the discipline characteristic of pratacultural science,talent training scheme is adjusted based on the market demand. The talents training target is precisely positioned.Course contents are optimized. Practice teaching is strengthened. Teaching methods are improved. Students’ innovative entrepreneurial thinking is cultivated. With the core of enhancement of students’ innovative entrepreneurial ability,a practice teaching system of "five links,four stages,five modules,two conditions and three platforms"is built for the innovative entrepreneurial of pratacultural science. Practical teaching platform and teaching team for pratacultural science are set up,and the talent cultivation mode of pratacultural science with innovation and entrepreneurship is established. In this way students’ ability of innovation and entrepreneurship are improved,it realizes the effective connection between talent cultivation and market demand for talents. It meets requirements of research and development talents for pratacultural industry.
