【Abstract】 In this interview, firstly, the ultra-high spatial-temporal resolution miniaturized two-photon in vivo microscopic imaging system is introduced. Then, it is proposed that laboratory is the source of innovation,interdisciplinary promotes innovation,and three ways to cultivate interdisciplinary talents are proposed. Scientific and technological innovation should pay attention to originality,put forward three expectations for the growth of young people,three suggestions for laboratories to help the modernization of higher education,and finally put forward four propositions for strengthening the construction of large-scale scientific projects.更多还原
