实验室门电安全监控系统的设计
Design of a Laboratory Safety Monitoring System of Power and Door Lock
【摘要】 考虑到实验室安全建设的需求,设计了一套基于ZigBee的实验室门电安全监控系统。该系统能在无需更换实验室门锁和改造实验室电闸内部电路的情况下,利用压力薄膜传感器的特性检测电闸以及门锁的开关状态。通过STM32单片机结合ZigBee协议实现数据处理与无线通信,从而实现多个实验室电闸以及门的开关状态的实时监测。既节省了实验室管理人员逐个巡查实验室的人力消费,又降低了实验室的安全隐患。
【Abstract】 Considering the needs of laboratory safety construction,a useful and economic laboratory safety monitoring system based on the Zigbee wireless technology is designed. The system uses the characteristics of pressure film sensor to detect whether the door is locked and the main electric switch is closed,instead of replacing the laboratory door lock and rebuilding the internal circuit switch. By using the STM 32 microcontroller technology and the ZigBee protocol to realize data processing and wireless communication,the system can monitor the switch state of a plurality of switches and the laboratory door in real time. It not only avoids the consumption of manpower of laboratory managers patrolling the laboratories one by one,but also reduces the potential safety hazard of laboratories.
