【摘要】 生物种质资源是人类发展的物质基础。我国目前已拥有自然保护区、种质资源库等518家保藏机构,对我国生物种质资源的收集、保存、利用起到了关键的作用。实验技术人才队伍在生物种质资源保护中具有重要的作用,但目前在我国各类保种单位中实验技术人才队伍建设状况还不尽如人意,专职实验技术人员数量不足、技能水平不高,对实验技术人员缺乏有效的绩效评价体系和职称评审标准等,需要国家层面出台有关政策加以扶持。更多还原

【Abstract】 The biological germplasm resource is the material basis of human development. At present,China has 518 preservation institutions such as nature reserves and germplasm resource banks,which play a key role in the collection,preservation and utilization of biological germplasm resource. The team of experimental technicians plays an important role in the protection of biological germplasm resource,but at present the construction of the team in various conservation units in China is not satisfactory. The shortage of full-time experimental technicians,the low skill level of full-time experimental technicians,the lack of effective performance evaluation system and professional title evaluation criteria for experimental technicians are still serious problems,which need to be supported by relevant policies at the national level.更多还原
