基于双目电荷耦合器件的三维形貌检测装置研制

【摘要】 针对传感技术课程实验教学中利用视觉传感器开展非接触式形貌检测的教学需求,设计了一套基于双目电荷耦合器件(CCD)的三维形貌检测装置。在对实验教学装置进行功能分析的基础上,完成了包含水平和竖直方向的双目CCD视觉测量总体方案,水平方向通过多图像序列进行三维重建;竖直方向通过被测物不同高度截面进行三维重建。进行了硬件设计,主要包括图像采集、机械运动和支架设计,并对机械结构进行了可靠性分析。根据装置工作方案,对两种三维重建方式分别做了相应的理论分析,并在Windows环境下进行软件开发。通过整合VisualSFM、PMSV与Meshlab进行多图像三维重建,同时根据总体方案。设计了相应的图像采集程序。最终在完成总体三维形貌检测系统的情况下,进行了实验测试,给出了实验流程与结果分析。

【Abstract】 In the experimental teaching of sensor technology course,visual sensor is used to carry out the teaching requirements of non-contact shape detection,and a 3-dimensional shape detection device based on binocular charge couple device( CCD) is designed. Based on the functional analysis of the experimental teaching device,the overall scheme of binocular CCD vision measurement including horizontal and vertical directions is completed. The horizontal direction is reconstructed by multiple image sequences in three dimensions,and the vertical direction passes through different height sections of the measured object. The hardware design is carried out,mainly including image acquisition,mechanical movement and bracket design,and the reliability analysis of the mechanical structure is carried out.According to the working scheme of the device,this paper makes a corresponding theoretical analysis on the two 3-dimensional reconstruction methods so as to give a theoretical basis for the software implementation. The software design is carried out in the Windows environment. The multi-image 3-dimensional reconstruction is performed by integrating VisualSFM,PMSV and Meshlab. At the same time, according to the overall scheme, the corresponding image acquisition program is designed. Finally, the overall 3-dimensional shape detection system is completed, the experimental test is carried out,and the experimental process and result analysis are given in this paper.
