基于JEE和RFID的电子类资产管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 随着高校规模扩大,资产规模也相应扩大,现有通用资产管理系统已不能满足稳定性、安全性、网络化和个性化等需求。结合JEE技术和RFID技术优点,采用Struts2和Spring开源框架,设计并实现了一种针对电子类的轻量级专用资产管理系统,实现了线上管理和线下盘点的信息同步以及多校区间资源共享,并通过优化的MVC框架,解决了随代码量增多而出现的用户界面臃肿问题,实现了系统各层次的分离,增强高内聚、低耦合特性。经部署和内部测试,系统运行稳定可靠,极大地提高了电子类资产管理的效率,降低了器材的消耗,具有一定的推广价值。

【Abstract】 With the expansion of university scale and the expansion of asset scale,the existing general asset management system no longer meets the needs of stability,safety,networking and personalization. Combined with the advantages of JEE and RFID technologies,Struts2 and Spring open source framework were used to design and implement a lightweight special assets management system for electronic disciplines. The system realizes information synchronization between online management and offline inventory,as well as resource sharing among multi campuses. By optimizing the MVC framework,we solve the problem of overstaffing in the user interface with the increase of code,achieve the separation of levels of the system,and enhance the characteristics of high cohesion and low coupling. Through deployment and internal testing, the system runs stably and reliably, and it greatly improves the efficiency of electronic assets management and reduces the consumption of equipment. The design has a certain promotional value.
