沉积岩中总有机碳测定前的预处理方法
Study on Pretreatment Method of Total Organic Carbon before Determination in Sedimentary Rock
【摘要】 遵循沉积岩中总有机碳测定标准(GB/T 19145—2003)的基础上,对前人在测定有机碳过程中酸处理法中的磨样粒径、酸处理浓度及时间等实验条件进行了改进,做到可批量预处理完样品的时间由原来的36 h以上缩短为22 h左右(不计磨样时间)。对改进的酸处理法的步骤进行了描述,如溶样的步骤、洗样的方式等。最后,用改进后的酸处理法与国家标准中的酸处理法(GB/T 19145—2003)分别预处理样品,其测定的总有机碳(TOC)值符合国家标准的重复性要求,且样本间的差异由抽样误差所致的概率P>0. 05,两种方法的测定结果无显著性差异。
【Abstract】 Based on the criteria of determination of total organic carbon in sedimentary rocks( GB/T 19145—2003),the experimental conditions such as grinding particle size,the acid treatment concentration and the time of the acid treatment in the process of determining the organic carbon were improved,and the time of batch pretreatment of the samples was reduced from the original 36 hours or more to about 22 hours( regardless the time of grinding the samples).The steps of the improved acid treatment process were described in detail,such as the steps of dissolving the sample,the way of washing the sample and etc. Finally,the samples were pretreated with the acid treatment method in an improved acid treatment method and a measurement standard for total organic carbon in sedimentary rocks( GB/T 19145—2003),and the total organic carbon( TOC) values between the samples were in accordance with the repeatability requirements of the national standard. The probability of sampling error( P value) is larger than 0. 05,indicating that there is no significant difference between the two methods.
