【摘要】 研究1-MCP结合海藻酸钠对苹果果实贮藏期品质的影响。以未经过处理的苹果果实为对照样品,探讨了1-MCP结合海藻酸钠处理对苹果果实采后贮藏期间呼吸强度、乙烯释放量、硬度、可溶性固形物含量、电导率和丙二醛含量的影响。实验结果表明,与对照组相比,海藻酸钠和1-MCP处理能有效抑制苹果的呼吸强度、乙烯释放量和可溶性固形物含量,提高苹果果实的硬度、电导率和丙二醛含量;其中,海藻酸钠与1-MCP联合处理对提高寒富苹果果实的贮藏期品质更显著。由此可见,海藻酸钠和1-MCP处理能不同程度地延缓寒富苹果果实的后熟进程,维持了寒富苹果果实的商品品质,为海藻酸钠和1-MCP在其他果实的采后贮藏提供参考。

【Abstract】 Effect of treatment with 1-MCP and sodium alginate on the storage quality in apples was studied. Effect of treatment with 1-MCP and sodium alginate on respiration rate, ethylene production, firmness, soluble solids content, conductivity and MDA content of postharvest apples compared to untreated samples during storage were investigated. The results showed that 1-MCP and sodium alginate can effectively restrain respiration rate, ethylene production and soluble solids content, and improve firmness, conductivity and MDA content as compared with controls. However, the combination showed better effect than the single treatments on the storage quality of apples. Thus, it can be seen that 1-MCP and sodium alginate treatment can delay the ripening process in different extent, maintain the commercial quality, which provides references for the postharvest storage of other fruits.
