【摘要】 30岁男性患者,肩部及上背部多发小丘疹6个月。肩部及上背部群集分布粟粒大小的坚实丘疹,皮损互不融合,表面光滑,有蜡样光泽。皮损组织病理示:真皮浅层多个上皮样细胞构成的裸结节,周围少量淋巴细胞浸润。诊断:皮肤结节病。治疗:卤米松乳膏及0.1%他克莫司软膏局部外用;复方甘草酸苷片口服。治疗1个月后丘疹大部分消退,随访3个月无新发皮损。更多还原

【Abstract】 A 30-year-old man presented with multiple small papules on both shoulders and upper back for half a year. Physical examination showed solid papules of corn size clustered on both shoulders and upper back and the lesions with smooth surface and waxy luster didn’t fuse with each other. Skin biopsy demonstrated multiple naked granuloma encircled by a few of lymphocytes in the upper dermis. A diagnosis of cutaneous sarcoidosis was determined and the patient was treated by topical halometasone cream and 0.1% tacrolimus ointment twice a day as well as oral compound glycyrrhizin tablets 150 mg three times a day. Finally, the papules almost vanished after 1 month of the treatment and no recurrence occurred during 3 months follow-up.更多还原
