[N,O]锆配合物的合成及其催化乙烯齐聚的性能
SYNTHESIS OF [N,O]-ZIRCONIUM COMPLEX AND ITS CATALYTIC PERFORMANCE FOR ETHYLENE OLIGOMERIZATION
【摘要】 合成了[N,O]锆非茂配合物二(水杨醛缩苯胺)二氯化锆,对其进行了光谱分析表征,并在不同反应温度、Al/Zr摩尔比、给电子体等条件下,考察了该配合物与Et2AlCl所组成的催化体系对乙烯齐聚活性和选择性的影响。结果表明:在优选反应条件下,该催化剂的催化活性为11 636 g/(g·h),α-烯烃选择性为97.8%。
【Abstract】 The Zirconium dichloride(zirconium salicylaldehyde aniline),a [N,O] zirconium nonallocene complex,was synthesized.The structure of the complex was investigated by means of spectrum analysis.The catalytic activities and selectivities of the zirconium complex with Et2AlCl as co-catalyst in ethylene oligomerization were studied under different reaction temperatures,Al/Zr mole ratio,and various electron donors.Under optimal reaction conditions,the activity was 11 636 g /(g·h),and selectivity of the α-olefin was 97.8%.
