阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者夜间外周血γ-氨基丁酸、褪黑素和内源性抗氧化剂水平及临床意义
Nocturnal peripheral blood indicators of patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome and their clinical significance
【摘要】 目的探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者夜间外周血γ-氨基丁酸、褪黑素、内源性氧化剂、抗氧化剂水平及临床意义。方法前瞻性选取于2016年6月至2018年12月因OSAHS来救治患者96例作为研究组,同期健康体检人群75例作为对照组,对比分析两组患者夜间外周血γ-氨基丁酸、褪黑素、内源性抗氧化剂[维生素E(Vit E)、维生素C(Vit C)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、一氧化氮(NO)、丙二醛(MDA)]水平及其临床意义。结果观察组夜间外周血γ-氨基丁酸、褪黑素水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。观察组夜间外周血内源性氧化剂Vit E、Vit C、SOD、MDA、NOS、NO水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。夜间外周血γ-GABA、MT越低,OSAHS症状越严重,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。而夜间外周血Vit E、Vit C、SOD、MDA、NO S、NO越高,OSAHS症状越严重,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论 OSAHS患者夜间外周血γ-氨基丁酸、褪黑素呈现低表达水平,而内源性抗氧化剂水平呈现高表达水平,且都与OSAHS患者症状严重程度有关。上述结果为临床诊治OSAHS疾病提供了新思路。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the levels and clinical significance of gamma-aminobutyric acid,melatonin,endogenous antioxidants in peripheral blood of patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome at night. Methods From June 2016 to December 2018,96 OSAHS patients treated in our hospital were selected as study group and 75 healthy people were selected as control group. The levels of the indicators mentioned above and their clinical significance were compared and analyzed between the two groups. Results The levels of gamma-aminobutyric acid and melatonin in study group were lower than in control group( P < 0. 05). The levels of endogenous antioxidants Vit E,Vit C,SOD,MDA,NOS and NO in study group were higher than in control group( P < 0. 05). The lower the level of gamma-GABA and MT,the worse the symptoms of OSAHS( P < 0. 05). The higher the levels of Vit E,Vit C,SOD,MDA,NOS and NO,the worse the OSAHS symptoms of OSAHS( P < 0. 05). Conclusion OSAHS patients tend to have lower gamma-aminobutyric acid and melatonin and higher endogenous antioxidants in peripheral blood of at night. The levels of above indicators can reflect severity of disease and might help clinical diagnosis and treatment of OSAHS.
