【摘要】 目的探究穴位贴敷结合耳穴贴压治疗老年便秘型肠易激综合征的疗效及对血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)水平的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2017年1月我院收治的行常规药物治疗的老年便秘型肠易激综合征病人45例作为对照组,另选取2017年2月至2018年2月收治的行穴位贴敷及耳穴贴压治疗的老年便秘型肠易激综合征病人45例作为观察组。对比2组干预前后血清5-HT水平、临床疗效以及护理满意度。结果 2组干预后血清5-HT水平均低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05);观察组干预后血清5-HT水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05);观察组临床总有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05);观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论穴位贴敷结合耳穴贴压可降低老年便秘型肠易激综合征病人血清5-HT水平,提高临床疗效及满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint sticking combined with auricular acupoint pressing on constipation irritable bowel syndrome and serum 5-HT level in the elderly patients.Methods From January 2016 to January 2017,45 patients with constipation-type irritable bowel syndrome who received conventional drug intervention in our hospital were selected as the control group,and 45 patients receiving acupoint sticking combined with auricular acupoint compression from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the observation group. Serum level of 5-HT,clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The serum level of 5-HT in the two groups decreased significantly after intervention (P<0. 05),especially in the observation group (P< 0. 05). The total effective rate of the observation group was statistically higher than that of the control group (P< 0. 05). The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P< 0. 05). Conclusions Acupoint application combined with auricular acupoint pressing for the elderly patients with constipation-type irritable bowel syndrome can effectively reduce serum 5-HT level,and improve clinical efficacy and satisfaction.更多还原
