微创拔牙法对降低长期口服华法林患者拔牙出血率的临床研究
Clinical analysis of reducing postoperative bleeding by minimally invasive tooth extraction for patients taking long-term oral Warfarin
【摘要】 华法林作为一种有效抗凝药,传统拔牙法常引起拔牙后的出血反应。该文报道并分析长期口服华法林的患者在不停药的情况下采用微创拔牙的方法降低其拔牙后出血的风险。
【Abstract】 Warfarin is one of the most common oral anticoagulants used to prevent thromboembolic episodes. This paper reports the effects of reducing the risks of postoperative hemorrhage by minimally invasive tooth extraction method,without interrupting the therapy of patients taking oral Warfarin.
