【摘要】 目的:探讨LC3B和mTOR在口腔黏膜白斑(OL)和口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)组织中异常表达的情况。方法:采用免疫组化法检测LC3B和mTOR在20例口腔正常组织、 120例OL及30例OSCC组织中的表达。结果:正常口腔黏膜、OL和OSCC组织的LC3B阳性率分别为85.0%、 65.8%和33.3%(P<0.01),mTOR的阳性率分别为20.0%、 48.3%和76.7%(P<0.01)。不同组织中LC3B和mTOR的表达呈显著负相关(r=-0.970)。随组织恶性度的增高, LC3B和mTOR协同失活率逐渐增高。结论:LC3B和mTOR在白斑癌变中可能起协同作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the expression of LC3 B and mTOR in oral leukoplakia(OL) and oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC) tissues. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the protein expression of LC3 B and mTOR in 20 case of normal oral mucosa, 120 of OL and 30 of OSCC. Results: Positive rates of LC3 B expression in normal oral mucosa, OL and OSCC were 85.0%, 65.8% and 33.3%(P<0.01); those of mTOR were 20.0%, 48.3% and 76.7%(P<0.01). Positive rates of LC3 B in different epithelial tissue were negatively correlated to those of mTOR(r=-0.970). The coordinate inactive rate of LC3 B and mTOR increased with increasing malignancy of oral epithelial tissue. Conclusion: LC3 B and mTOR play a synergistic role in leukoplakia cancerization.更多还原
