【摘要】 目的为了仿真集中空调冷冻水系统的运行特性和冷站设备能耗,研究基于用户侧整体模型的建筑空调末端设备和冷站的模拟计算平台,实现对空调冷冻水系统运行和冷站设备能耗的动态仿真计算.方法基于冷站和用户末端盘管的水力、热力特性,搭建冷站模型和连续调节末端的用户侧整体模型,以DeST模拟软件的房间负荷、建筑热特性参数和室外空气温湿度为基础,计算得到末端连续调节水系统的运行特性,同时结合冷站模型,完成冷站及用户侧模型的联合仿真.结果某一冷量下,用户侧的流量在一个小范围内变化;负荷率较低时,旁通水阀开启使得供回水温差减小;实现了建筑集中空调系统冷冻水系统的动态运行状态和冷站设备的能耗模拟计算.结论为用户侧采用连续调节末端的建筑空调冷冻水系统的全工况模拟计算提供了一种可借鉴的方法.

【Abstract】 In order to simulate the operation characteristics of the centralized air conditioning chilled water system and the energy consumption of the freezing station equipment,this paper studies a simulation calculation platform for the building air conditioning terminal equipment based on the user side overall model and the freezing station model,which can realize the dynamic simulation calculations of the operation of the air conditioning chilled water system and energy consumption of the freezing station equipment.Based on the hydraulic and thermal characteristics of the freezing station and the user′s terminal coil,the freezing station model and the continuously regulating water system of the user-side overall model of the building were built.And base on room load data,building thermal characteristics parameters and outdoor air temperature and humidity of the DeST simulation software,the operating characteristics of the continuously regulated water system can be calculated.At the same time,combined with the freezing station model,the joint simulation of the freezing station and the user side model is completed.The results showed that the flow on the user side changes within a small range under a certain cooling capacity;when the load rate is low,the bypass water valve is opened to reduce the temperature difference between the supply and return water;the simulation calculation of the dynamic operation state of the chilled water system of the building centralized air conditioning system and energy consumption of cold station equipment is realized.It provides a reference method for the simulation calculation of the building air conditioning chilled water system with continuously adjusted on the user side under all working conditions.
