我国连续管钻井技术的十年攻关与实践
Ten Years of Key Problems Tackling and Practice of Coiled Tubing Drilling Technology in China
【摘要】 我国连续管作业技术与装备的深入研究、快速突破及规模应用,为连续管钻井技术的攻关与实践奠定了基础。依托"十二五"和"十三五"国家科技重大专项,攻克了整机多维状态特征空间与要素重构、整机动力控制系统、重载底盘装载与移运、连续管注入提升与夹持、大容量动力信息滚筒、注入头安装装置和方法、连续管穿电缆装置和方法、多参数模拟试验系统和方法、电液控定向工具等关键技术和部件,成功研制了LZ580-73T和LZ900/73-3500两种结构型式和用途的连续管钻机;研究配套了连续管侧钻无电缆和有电缆两种BHA,探索形成了连续管侧钻工艺技术。现场试验与应用了12口井,单井最大进尺802 m,最大水平位移414. 50 m,最长工具串达123. 99 m。试验结果提升了业内对连续管钻井技术难度、特征、适应性和局限性等认识的全面性和客观性。
【Abstract】 In-depth research,rapid breakthrough and scale application of coiled tubing operation technology and equipment in China have laid a foundation for the key problems tackling and practice of coiled tubing drilling technology. Relying on the "12 th Five-Year Plan"and "13 th Five-Year Plan"National Science and Technology Major Projects,key technologies and devices have been developed,including the multi-dimensional state feature space and factor reconstruction of the whole unit,the whole unit power control system,heavy-duty chassis loading and transport,coiled tubing injection,lifting and gripping,large-capacity reel for logging,injector head installing device and method,coiled tubing through cable device and method,multi-parameter simulation test system and method,and electro-hydraulic control orientation tool. The LZ580-73 T and the LZ900/73-3500 coiled tubing drilling units have been developed. Coiled tubing sidetracking BHAs with/without cable have been designed. The coiled tubing sidetracking technology has been formed. On-site test and application of 12 wells have been conducted with the single well maximum footage of 802 m,the maximum horizontal displacement of 414. 50 m and the longest tool string of 123. 99 m. The test results have provided comprehensive and objective understanding of the industry on the difficulty,characteristics,adaptability and limitations of coiled tubing drilling technology.
