基于数值模拟的南海东部疏松砂岩稠油油田增产方法研究
Study on Stimulation Method of Unconsolidated Sandstone Heavy Oil Oilfield in the East of South China Sea Based on Numerical Simulation
【摘要】 南海东部E油田为疏松砂岩稠油油田,原油性质较差,为高密度、高黏度和低含硫的重质稠油,大部分油井产能无法满足最初油气田开发设计要求(ODP)。经过前期综合分析判断,目前该油田主要存在完井防砂、地层能量不足和原油流动性差等问题。采用数值模拟方法,对该油田进行了生产动态数据分析以及敏感参数分析,根据分析结果进行油藏历史拟合,并对油井的压裂效果进行了模拟,通过优化参数,实现南海东部E油田开发增产,解决了该类油田开发生产中的难题,为油田未来的开发、油田增产挖潜和提高经济效益提供了依据。
【Abstract】 E oil field in the east of South China Sea is a unconsolidated sandstone reservoir, and its crude oil is the heavy oil of high density, high viscosity and low sulfur content. The productivity of most oil wells cannot meet the requirement in the initial development design of the oil field. According to the comprehensive analysis in the early stage, there are many problems in this oilfield, such as completion sand control, formation energy shortage and poor crude oil mobility. The production dynamic data and sensitive parameters of the oilfield are analyzed using numerical simulation method, the reservoir history is fitted according to the analysis results,and the fracturing effect of the oil wells are simulated. Through parameter optimization, the production of the E oilfield is increased,and the problems in the development and production of this kind of oilfields are solved, which provides the basis for the future development, production increase and economic benefit improvement of the oilfield.
