某高温高压井13Cr110油管挤毁与失效原因分析
Cause Analysis of 13Cr110 Tubing Collapse and Failure in a High Temperature and High Pressure Well
【摘要】 对某井在采油过程中发生的油管挤毁与脱扣事故进行了调查研究。对挤毁油管进行宏观形貌、理化性能、磁粉探伤检测分析,并与同批新油管进行实物挤毁试验模拟。结果表明:该挤毁油管材质及各理化性能均满足生产标准及API 5CT标准要求,其挤毁与失效的原因主要是地层出砂导致油管通道堵塞,造成该井段内外压差超过该油管抗挤强度,从而发生挤毁和脱扣。另外,油管外壁的SCC裂纹及内壁腐蚀对油管被挤毁与脱扣具有不可忽视的作用。
【Abstract】 The tubing collapse and tripping accidents in a well during oil production were investigated and studied. Macroscopic morphology, physical and chemical properties and magnetic particle inspection of extruded tubing were analyzed, and the simulation of crushing tests was carried out with the same batch of new tubing. The results show that the material and physical and chemical properties of the extruded tubing meet the requirements of the factory standard and API5 CT standard. The main reason for the extrusion and failure of the tubing is the blockage of the tubing passage caused by formation sand production, resulting in the pressure difference between the inside and outside of tubing in the well section exceeding the anti-extrusion strength of the tubing. In addition, SCC cracks on the outer wall of the tubing and corrosion on the inner wall of the tubing play an important role in the collapse and tripping of the tubing.
