心脉隆注射液改善慢性心力衰竭患者心功能及BNP水平的作用分析
Effects of Xinmailong for injection on improving cardiac function and BNP level in patients with chronic heart failure
【摘要】 目的:探讨心脉隆注射液改善慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者心功能及B型钠尿肽(BNP)水平的作用。方法:选取收治的98例慢性心力衰竭患者,用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(常规治疗)和观察组(在对照组的基础上给予心脉隆注射液治疗)各49例。比较两组患者的临床疗效,治疗前、后的心输出量(CO)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)等心功能指标,全血黏度(低切、高切)、血浆黏度等血液流变学指标以及血浆(BNP)水平。结果:两组的治疗有效率比较,差异无统计学意义。观察组治疗后,CO、LVEF心功能指标水平高于对照组;全血黏度(低切、高切)、血浆黏度状态的血液流变学指标、BNP水平低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:慢性心力衰竭患者使用心脉隆注射液治疗有助于恢复心功能,改善血液流变学指标和BNP水平。
【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effects of Xinmailong for injection on improving cardiac function and B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP) level in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF). Methods: Ninety-eight patients with coronary heart disease were selected and divided into a control group(conventional treatment) and an observation group(given Xinmailong injection based on control group) with 49 cases each according to the random number table method. The clinical efficacy, cardiac function indicators of cardiac output(CO), left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) and left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD), hemodynamic indexes of whole blood viscosity(low-shear, high-shear) and plasma viscosity and plasma brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) level before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: There were no significant differences between the two groups in the effective rate of treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of cardiac function indicators CO and LVEF were higher and the hemodynamic indexes of whole blood viscosity(low-shear, high-shear) and plasma viscosity and BNP level were lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Xinmailong for injection for patients with coronary heart disease can help restore cardiac function and improve hemodynamic indexes and BNP level.
