【摘要】 目的 :改革护理硕士专业学位创新课程"药物治疗与护理"的考核方法,提高人才培养的效果。方法 :采用多种形式相结合的考核方法,重点采用病历撰写、现场汇报和答辩的考核形式,进行两轮考核。结果 :护理硕士专业学位研究生的病例书写分析、现场答辩基本符合考核要求,考核促进了学生的临床思维,帮助学生更好地发现护士在临床药物治疗过程中应发挥的作用。结论 :今后的护理硕士专业学位研究生课程建设应进一步体现护理专业特色、更加紧密地与临床需求衔接。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To reform a method for the evaluation of the curriculum of pharmacotherapy and nursing for master’s degree of nursing specialist so as to improve the effectiveness of talent training. Methods: A combined method of multiple forms of assessment was adopted, especially focusing on the methods including medical record writing, case report,oral presentation and defense. Two rounds of assessment were conducted. Results: Medical record writing and analysis, onsite defense of graduate students majoring in nursing specialist were basically met the assessment requirements. This evaluation method could enhance the students’ ability of clinical critical thinking and facilitate the students to understand the role of advanced practice nurses in the clinical pharmacotherapy. Conclusion: In the future, the construction of master’s degree programs in nursing specialist should further reflect the characteristics of nursing profession and more closely integrate with clinical needs.更多还原
