【Abstract】 The chronic pain is one of the terrible diseases often happened in the musculoskeletal system, which is hardly to be treated only with non-steroidal antiinflammatory drugs. Chronic pain has close relation with emotional disorder such as depression and interplays with each other. Some patients with chronic pain can be effectively treated with the antidepressants by means of adjusting the levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine and noradrenaline, which has been affirmed by many clinical cases.更多还原
