催化氧化NO脱硝催化剂研究进展
Research Progress of the Denitration Catalyst for Catalytic Oxidation of Nitric Oxide
【摘要】 选择性催化氧化(SCO)作为一种新型脱硝技术,其工业化应用越来越多。针对烟气中氮氧化物特点,从抗水蒸汽、抗硫以及催化活性等方面,对目前已有研究的分子筛、活性炭、活性炭纤维、金属氧化物以及贵金属催化剂,综述了其催化氧化NO的研究进展。其中分子筛类催化剂由于其优良的抗水汽、抗硫性能以及较宽的催化温度区间,为当前催化氧化NO工艺最具有发展前景的催化剂。
【Abstract】 As a new denitrification technology,selective catalytic oxidation(SCO) has been widely applied in industry. In view of the characteristics of nitrogen oxides in flue gas, the research progress of molecular sieves, activated carbon, activated carbon fibers, metal oxides and noble metal catalysts for catalytic oxidation of NO was reviewed in terms of steam resistance, sulfur resistance and catalytic activity. Among them, molecular sieve catalysts are the most promising catalysts for the catalytic oxidation of NO because of their excellent water vapor resistance, sulfur resistance and high catalytic efficiency.
