银纳米材料的制备及其电化学传感应用
Preparation of Silver Nanomaterials and Its Electrochemical Sensing Application
【摘要】 通过化学还原法制备了银纳米粒子(AgNPs),结合多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs),成功构置了AgNPs/MWCNTs/GCE电化学传感器,建立了测定亚硝酸盐的分析新方法。使用循环伏安法、安培法等电化学方法对其性能进行了检测。AgNPs/MWCNTs/GCE检测亚硝酸盐的线性范围为2.5×10-5~0.126 M,检出限为8.0×10-6M。该传感器具有构置简单方便,在测定亚硝酸盐时具有检出限低、线性范围宽、专一性高和重现性良好等优点。
【Abstract】 Silver nanoparticles(AgNPs) were prepared by chemical reduction method. Combined with multi wall carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs), the electrochemical sensor of AgNPs/MWCNTs/GCE was constructed successfully, and a new method for the determination of nitrite was established. The performance of the sensor was detected by cyclic voltammetry, amperometry and other electrochemical methods. The linear range of nitrite measured by Ag NPs/MWCNTs/GCE was 2.5×10-5~0.126 M, and the detection limit was 8×10-6 M. The sensor has the advantages of simple and convenient construction, low detection limit, wide linear range, high specificity and good reproducibility for the determination of nitrite.
