页岩气井暂堵转向重复压裂堵剂实验评价
Experimental Evaluation of Temporary Plugging Agent for Steering Refracturing in Shale Gas Wells
【摘要】 页岩气在能源领域至关重要的作用得益于大型水力压裂技术的发展,由于页岩气在压裂后产量的递减速率过快,必须通过重复压裂提高低产井产量,笼统暂堵转向技术则是重复压裂的核心技术之一。从暂堵转向重复压裂技术现状入手,以国内某区块典型页岩气X井为研究对象,通过对该井生产数据调研分析得到目前的剩余可采储量,证明该井具有重复压裂潜力,然后对暂堵重复压裂所使用的材料进行实验评价,结果表明所使用的暂堵剂和暂堵球符合生产实际需求。
【Abstract】 The crucial role of shale gas in the energy field benefits from the development of large-scale hydraulic fracturing technology. Because shale gas yield decelerating rate is too quickly after fracturing, it is necessary to increase the output of low-yielding wells through repeated fracturing, and the general temporary plugging steering technology is one of the core technologies for repeated fracturing. In this paper, the current status of temporary blocking repeated fracturing technology was introduced. And taking the typical shale gas X well in a certain block in China as the research object, the production data of the well were studied and analyzed to obtain the current remaining recoverable reserves, which proved the repeated fracturing potential of the well. And then an experimental evaluation of the materials used for the temporary repetitive fracturing was carried out. The results showed that the temporary plugging agent and the temporary blocking ball met the actual production requirements.
