Co-β-SBA-15的制备及其氧化脱硫性能
Preparation and oxidative desulfurization performance of Co-β-SBA-15
【摘要】 以β-SBA-15复合分子筛为载体,通过浸渍法制备钴改性β-SBA-15催化剂(Co-β-SBA-15催化剂),利用XRD、N2吸附-脱附、FTIR、NH3-TPD、SEM和TG-DTA等方法对催化剂进行了表征,并以模拟柴油为原料,考察了Co-β-SBA-15催化剂的制备条件对催化氧化脱硫效果的影响。实验结果表明,在Co负载量为10%(w)、焙烧温度为550℃、焙烧时间为3h时,所制备的Co-β-SBA-15催化剂用于模拟柴油的脱硫率最高,达97.71%;Co-β-SBA-15催化剂较好地保持了β-SBA-15复合分子筛的微-介孔复合孔道;β分子筛次级结构单元的加入,提高了Co-β-SBA-15催化剂的结构稳定性和再生性能。
【Abstract】 Using the β-SBA-15 composite zeolite as a carrier,cobalt-modified β-SBA-15 catalyst(Co-β-SBA-15 catalyst) was synthesized by the impregnation method,and the catalyst was characterized by means of XRD,N2 adsorption-desorption,FTIR,NH3-TPD,SEM and TG-DTA.The experiment used simulated diesel as raw material to examine the effect of preparation conditions of the catalyst on the catalytic oxidative desulfurization. The experimental results showed that when the loading of Co was 10%(w),and corresponding calcination temperature and time were 550 ℃ and 3 h,the desulfurization rate of the prepared Co-β-SBA-15 catalyst for the simulated diesel is the highest,reaching 97.71%. And the prepared Co-β-SBA-15 catalyst well kept the micro-mesoporous composite pores of the composite zeolite β-SBA-15,and the addition of β zeolite secondary structural unit improves structural stability and regeneration performance of the Co-β-SBA-15 catalyst.
