不同影像技术诊断冠状动脉瘘分析

【摘要】 目的 分析CTA、彩色多普勒超声、DSA等不同影像技术对冠状动脉瘘(CAF)的诊断。方法 回顾性选取5例CAF患者分别进行CTA、彩色多普勒超声、DSA等检查并结合相关文献分析其临床及影像学特点。结果 5例CAF其类型分别为双冠状动脉-肺动脉瘘,左冠状动脉-肺动脉瘘、微小冠状动脉-肺动脉瘘、冠状动脉右房瘘。1例分别进行CTA、彩色多普勒超声、DSA,1例行彩色多普勒超声、CTA检查,3例仅行彩色多普勒超声检查。结论 彩色多普勒超声、CTA及DSA均能发现CAF,并且给予明确诊断,各检查手段的作用具有互补优势,为确诊、评估病情、临床治疗提供更多具有指导意义的信息。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the diagnosis of coronary artery fistula(CAF) with different imaging techniques such as CTA,color doppler ultrasonography(CDUS),DSA.Methods Five patients with CAF were retrospectively collected for CTA,CDUS,DSA and other examinations. The clinical and imaging characteristics were analyzed in combination with relevant literature. Results Five cases of CAF were double coronary artery-pulmonary artery fistula, left coronary artery-pulmonary artery fistula, micro coronary artery-pulmonary artery fistula and coronary-right artery fistula.One case underwent CTA,CDUS,DSA,one case underwent CDUS and CTA,and three cases underwent only CDUS.Conclusion CAF can be detected by CDUS,CTA and DSA,and the diagnosis can be made clearly.The function of each examination method has complementary advantages, which can provide more instructive information for the diagnosis, evaluation and clinical treatment.
