基于复杂网络理论的黑启动电网划分方法
Black Start Grid Division Method Based on Complex Network Theory
【摘要】 首先提出了一种基于复杂网络理论的黑启动电网分区方法。该方法由分裂算法和凝聚算法组成。分裂算法是根据黑启动单元的数量将网格划分为某个临时区域,这决定了分区的基本结构,减少了凝聚过程中的迭代次数。凝聚算法是基于流量分布和网络拓扑,重新定义线权和加权模块,然后将相邻的临时区合并到最大加权模块中。黑启动电网分区方法可以反映分区的紧密程度,准确评估分区质量并确定最佳分区数。IEEE 39总线测试系统的仿真结果说明了该方法的有效性。
【Abstract】 This paper proposes a black start grid partitioning method based on complex network theory. The method consists of a splitting algorithm and a coalescing algorithm. The former algorithm divides the mesh into a temporary area according to the number of black start units, which determines the basic structure of the partition and reduces the number of iterations in the aggregation process. The latter algorithm redefines the line weight and weighting module based on the flow distribution and network topology, and then merges the adjacent temporary areas into the maximum weighting module. This method can reflect the tightness of the partition, accurately assess the quality of the partition and determine the optimal number of partitions. The simulation results of the IEEE 39 bus test system illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
