【摘要】 目的:观察自拟宣肺清毒汤治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效及对患儿血清炎性因子表达水平的影响。方法:选取94例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿纳入本次研究,将入选患儿以随机数字表法进行均分,分别纳入对照组与观察组,对照组给予阿奇霉素序贯治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予宣肺清毒汤治疗;治疗1个疗程后,评估两组临床疗效,观察患儿症状与体征消失时间,对比治疗前、后两组患儿血清炎性因子、肺功能指标变化情况。结果:观察组整体疗效水平优于对照组（P<0.05）;观察组患儿发热、咳嗽、喘息、肺部干湿啰音的消失时间,肺炎支原体抗体Ig-M转阴时间均少于对照组（P<0.05）;治疗后,两组患儿hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6表达水平均较本组治疗前改善（P<0.05）,且观察组各项炎性因子表达水平均低于对照组（P<0.05）;治疗后,两组患儿的RR、PaO₂/FiO₂、FVC、MMF、PEF均较本组治疗前改善（P<0.05）,且观察组各项肺功能指标均优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论:宣肺清毒汤治疗小儿支原体肺炎疗效理想,能够进一步降低炎性因子表达水平,改善患儿肺功能并可促进患儿症状体征消失。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective :To observe the curative effect of Xuanfei Qingdu decoction in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia and its influence on expression level of serum inflammatory factors. Methods:A total of 94 children with mycoplasma pneumonia were enrolled. All patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, 47 cases in each group. The control group was treated with azithromycin sequential therapy, and the observation group was treated with Xuanfei Qingdu decoction on the basis of control group. The clinical efficacy, disappeared time of symptoms and signs, changes of serum inflammatory factors levels and pulmonary function indexes were compared before and after one course of treatment. Results:The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P<0.05）. The disappearance time of high fever, cough, wheezing, lung dry, wet sputum and mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody Ig-M negative time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group（all P<0.05）. After treatment, the expression levels of hs-CRP, TNF-αand IL-6 in 2 groups of children were significantly improved compared with those before treatment（all P<0.05）, and the observation group were lower than those in the control group（P<0.05）. RR, PaO₂/FiO₂, FVC, MMF and PEF in 2 groups of children were significantly improved compared with those before treatment（all P<0.05）, and the observation group was better than those in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion :Xuanfei Qingdu decoction is effective in treatment of children with mycoplasmal pneumonia. It can reduce the expression level of inflammatory factors, improve the pulmonary function, and promote the early disappearance of symptoms and signs.更多还原
