【摘要】 目的:探讨止咳平喘糖浆联合异丙托溴铵治疗哮喘患儿的疗效及对患儿肺功能和内环境的影响。方法:将哮喘患儿82例采用随机数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组,给予对照组患儿异丙托溴铵治疗,治疗组患儿在对照组用药治疗基础上加以止咳平喘糖浆治疗,观察两组患儿治疗后的临床疗效、复发率以及肺功能和血清炎性细胞因子水平指标。结果:治疗组患儿治疗后的总有效率为92.7%,明显优于对照组的70.7%,差异比较具有统计学意义（P<0.05）;治疗组患儿治疗后的肺功能指标FEV₁、FEV₁/FVC值为（93.6±16.6）L/s、（96.5±14.7）与对照组（76.5±8.3）L/s、（85.3±14.3）相比,差异比较具有统计学意义（P<0.05）;治疗组患儿治疗后的血清炎性细胞因子水平指标:IL-6、TNF-α、VEGF等为（103.4±25.3）ng/L、（50.3±13.7）ng/L、（113.6±16.6）ng/L与对照组（121.4±25.5）ng/L、（71.3±13.5）ng/L、（165.4±25.2）ng/L相比,差异比较具有统计学意义（P<0.05）;治疗患儿治疗后复发率为7.3%,明显低于对照组的26.8%,差异比较有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论:止咳平喘糖浆联合异丙托溴铵治疗哮喘患儿的疗效显著、降低复发率,且能明显改善患儿肺功能,并调节内环境水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the rapeutic effect of cough relieving asthma syrup combined with ipratropium bromide on asthmatic children and its influence on pulmonary function and internal environment. Methods :82 children with asthma were randomly divided into observation group and control group by random number table. The control group was treated with ipratropium bromide. The treatment group was treated with cough relieving asthma syrup on the basis of the treatment of the control group. The clinical efficacy,recurrence rate,pulmonary function and serum inflammatory cytokine levels of the two groups were observed. Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.7%,significantly better than 70.7% of the control group,with significant difference（P<0.05）;after treatment,the FEV₁ and FEV₁/FVC of the treatment group were（93.6±16.6） L/s,（96.5±14.7） and the control group were（76.5±8.3） L/s,（85.3±14.3）,with significant difference（P<0.05）. The recurrence rate of children after treatment was 7.3%,which was significantly lower than that of control group 26.8%（P<0.05）. the difference was significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion:Cough relieving asthma syrup combined with ipratropium bromide in the treatment of children with asthma has significant curative effect,reduces the recurrence rate,and can significantly improve the pulmonary function of children with asthma,and regulate the level of internal environment.更多还原
