【摘要】 目的:探讨牛蒡子苷元对骨肉瘤细胞增殖和侵袭影响。方法:采用人骨肉瘤MG-63细胞为研究对象,用不同浓度(0、10、20、40、80和100μmol/L)的牛蒡子苷元干预骨肉瘤细胞。采用MTT法测定细胞增殖能力、Transwell法测定细胞侵袭能力和流式细胞术检测各组细胞凋亡情况。结果:牛蒡子苷元能够抑制骨肉瘤细胞MG-63的增殖,降低肿瘤细胞侵袭性,促进凋亡,随着药物浓度的增加效果持续增加,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:牛蒡子苷元可抑制骨肉瘤细胞增殖和侵袭,诱导细胞发生凋亡,具有良好的抗肿瘤效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of arctigenin on proliferation and invasion of osteosarcoma cells. Methods:Human osteosarcoma MG-63 cells were used as the study object,and arctigenin with different concentrations(0,10,20,40,80 and 100μmol/L) was used to intervene osteosarcoma cells. MTT assay was used to measure cell proliferation. Transwell assay was used to test cell invasion. And flow cytometry was used to detect cell apoptosis in each groups. Results:Arctigenin could inhibit the proliferation of MG-63 cells,reduce the invasion of tumor cells and promote cell apoptosis. With the increasing of arctigenin concentration,there was a significant effect with statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:Arctigenin can inhibit the proliferation and invasion of osteosarcoma,promote apoptosis,and has well anti-tumor effect.更多还原
