【摘要】 目的:探讨产后逐瘀胶囊对剖宫产产后出血的预防效果及安全性。方法:选取272例剖宫产产妇按随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,每组各136例。对照组于胎儿娩出后在子宫切口上方注射缩宫素20U,同时静脉滴注20U,术后4h肌注10U,后每隔12h注射1次。观察组在对照组的基础上给予产后逐瘀胶囊口服。对比两组产后出血发生率、不良反应发生率、术后2h、12h、24h出血量及术前、术后子宫血流动力学指标。结果:观察组产后出血发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率无明显差别(P>0.05);观察组术后2h、12h、24h出血量均明显少于对照组(P<0.05);两组术后PSV、PI及RI均无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组术后PSV高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后PI及RI均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:产后逐瘀胶囊能有效改善剖宫产产妇子宫血流动力学,从而预防产后出血发生,且无明显不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Study on the preventive effect and safety of puerperal blood stasis capsule on postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section.Methods:272 cases of cesarean section were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 136 cases in each group.In the control group,oxytocin 20 Uwas injected at the top of the uterine incision after delivery,and 20 U was intravenously injected at the same time.10 U was intramuscularly injected 4 hours after the operation,and once every 12 hours after delivery.Observation group in the control group on the basis of postpartum Zhuyu capsule oral.The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,the incidence of adverse reactions,the amount of bleeding at 2 hours and 12 hours after operation and the indexes of uterine hemodynamics before and after operation were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05),the amount of bleeding at 12 hours after operation in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in PSV PI and RI between the two groups(P>0.05).The postoperative PSV of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the PI and RI of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chanhou Zhuyu capsule can effectively improve uterine hemodynamics of cesarean section parturient,thus prevent postpartum hemorrhage,and there is no obvious adverse reaction.更多还原
