【摘要】 目的:研究胸腔镜下心脏手术并发症的分析与预防。方法:选择患者60例,其中二尖瓣手术30例,三尖瓣手术5例,左房年幼瘤8例,房间隔缺损17例,观察两组患者并发症情况,评价胸腔镜手术在临床的治疗效果。结果:整个手术时间为2.7～5.6h,其中升主动脉阻闭时间为12～57min,死亡患者重度肺部感染,重度室间隔缺损合并肺动脉高压。其中60例患者共出现并发症8例(13.33%);所有患者在经过相应的补救措施,妥善处理后并发症均得到缓解,术后随访半年,患者未见明显的严重后果。结论:胸腔镜下行简单心脏病手术对患者创伤较小,临床手术效果较好,需要医师结合良好的操作技术,保证熟练的进行手术,降低患者并发症的发生率,术后恢复快。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the complications and prevention of thoracoscopic cardiac surgery.Methods:60 patients were treated included 30 cases of mitral valve surgery,5 cases of three apex valve surgery,8 cases of left atrial tumor and 17 cases of atrial septal defect,observed the complications of two groups and evaluated the clinical effect of thoracoscopic surgery.Results:The total operation time was 2.7-5.6 hours,in which the ascending aorta was occluded for 12-57 minutes,the death was severe pulmonary infection,severe ventricular septal defect with pulmonary hypertension.Of the 60 patients,8(13.33%)had complications;all the patients were relieved after appropriate remedial measures and proper treatment,and the patients were followed up for half a year without obvious serious consequences.Conclusion:The operation of simple heart disease under thoracoscopy is less traumatic,and the effect of clinical operation is better.It is necessary for doctors to combine good operation techniques to ensure skilled operation and reduce the incidence of complications.Postoperative recovery is fast,which is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
