基于COI、Cyt b、EF-1α基因的蝶类系统发育分析及分化时间估算
Phylogeny and divergent time of Butterflies based on COI, Cyt b and EF-1α genes
【摘要】 测定了9科48种蝴蝶线粒体基因COI、Cyt b和核基因EF-1α的部分序列,联合使用这三个基因序列作为分子标记分析了蝶类的系统发育关系,并结合蝶类化石记录估算了蝶类各科的分化时间。结果显示:本研究构建的蝶类科间系统发育关系和主流研究结果基本一致;眼蝶、蛱蝶、斑蝶类均为单系群,其分化时间与蝶类其他各科的分化时间接近,也应被划分为科。这一结果支持国内普遍采用的周尧分类系统。
【Abstract】 There are still contentions on the taxonomic systems of butterfly and the monophyly of Nymphalidae, Satyridae and Danaidae. In this study, we sequenced partial mitochondrial COI, Cyt b genes and nuclear EF-1α gene of 48 butterfly species which representing 9 families. The phylogeny of these butterflies was analyzed based on the combined data set of these three genes. The divergent time among these butterfly families was estimated based on both molecular sequences and fossil records. The following results are obtained.The phylogenetic relationship among the families is consistent with most previous phylogenetic studies; the families, Satyridae, Nymphalidae and Danaidae were proved as monophyly groups and their divergence times were all closed to that of their relatives. Therefore, the taxonomic status of these three families are confirmed, which in accord with the butterfly taxonomic system build by IO CHOU.
