【Abstract】 "The Belt and Road" Initiative is an important part of today’s global governance. In the great practice of "the Belt and Road" construction and of"building a community of human destiny to achieve win-win share" ,private international law has a very important position and value. In the implementation of "the Belt and Road" initiative,the "community of human destiny" will surely give new meaning to the concept of the international social standard of international private law. With the further implementation of "the Belt and Road" Initiative,the degree of economic integration between countries along the"the Belt and Road" line will continue to increase. Therefore the civil and commercial laws between countries along the line will inevitably show new features in the increasingly frequent exchanges and collisions,and the establishment of an equal and mutually beneficial new international civil and commercial order will be accelerated in a new model.更多还原
