不同发动机模型对整车经济性仿真计算的影响研究
Study on the Influence of Different Engine Models on the Simulation Calculation of Vehicle Economy
【摘要】 车辆仿真模型可以模拟计算整车的的动力性、经济性和排放性能等,其结果与实际的符合度依赖于车辆各系统及零部件模型或参数的准确性。发动机模型对车辆仿真结果有较大的影响,通过分析车辆系统中发动机的建模方法,阐述了从简单到详细、从静态到动态的发动机模型的优缺点,基于AVL的CRUISE和CRUISE M软件建立了某牵引车及半挂车在不同发动机模型下的整车仿真模型,对该汽车列车在C-WTVC循环工况经济性进行了仿真计算并与实测值进行比较,结果表明,考虑实时动态性能的详细物理气缸模型更符合发动机的实际工作特点,整车模型更具备一致性和准确性。
【Abstract】 The vehicle simulation model can simulate the dynamics, economy and emission performance of the vehicle,and the result and the actual degree of conformity depend on the accuracy of the vehicle’s various systems and parts models or parameters. The engine model has a great influence on the results of vehicle simulation. By analyzing the modeling method of the engine in the vehicle system, the advantages and disadvantages of the engine model from simple to detailed,from static to dynamic are elaborated. Based on AVL CRUISE and CRUISE M software, a vehicle simulation model of a tractor and a semi-trailer under different engine models was established. The simulation calculation of the vehicle train’s economy in the C-WTVC cycle was carried out and compared with the measured values. The results show that The detailed physical cylinder model considering real-time dynamic performance is more consistent with the actual working characteristics of the engine, and the vehicle model is more consistent and accurate.
