【摘要】 为了解山西省太原地区某驴养殖场腹泻源大肠杆菌的耐药谱,采集该驴场腹泻驴粪便26份,经实验室无菌分离培养、生化试验鉴定,共分离鉴定出26株大肠杆菌,采用K-B纸片法对这26株大肠杆菌进行耐药性试验,结果显示,分离的26株驴腹泻源大肠杆菌对青霉素和多黏菌素B的耐药率高达95%以上,对青霉素完全耐药;对痢特灵和头孢克罗的耐药率分别为38.46%和23.08%;对卡那霉素的耐药率较低,为3.85%;对氧氟沙星、诺氟沙星、头孢曲松高敏。更多还原

【Abstract】 To understand the drug resistance spectrum of diarrhea Escherichia coli in a donkey farm in Taiyuan, Shanxi province,26 feces samples of diarrhea Escherichia coli were collected from the donkey farm, and 26 strains of Escherichia coli were isolated and identified through aseptic culture and biochemical experiments in the laboratory. The drug resistance of 26 strains of Escherichia coli was tested by K-B paper method. The results showed that the drug resistance rate of 26 strains of diarrhea Escherichia coli to penicillin and polycolistin B was up to 95%, and the drug resistance to penicillin was safe. The drug resistance rates of leitelin and cefacor were 38.46%and 23.08%, respectively. The resistance rate to kanamycin was ralatively low(3.85%). 26 strains of Escherichia coli from donkey diarrhea were highly sensitive to ofloxacin, norfloxacin and ceftriaxone.更多还原
