不同高粱品系灌浆期抗旱性鉴定及评价

【摘要】 利用大棚温室控水模拟灌浆期干旱胁迫,探讨干旱胁迫对高粱各农艺性状的影响,并运用隶属函数和抗旱系数相结合的方法对高粱的抗旱性进行综合评价。结果表明,干旱胁迫下所有高粱品系都表现出穗长变短,单穗质量、千粒质量下降,干旱胁迫与对照之间表现为显著或极显著差异;而株高、茎粗之间差异不显著,干旱胁迫与对照之间差异不显著;采用隶属函数和抗旱系数相结合的方法共筛选出抗旱性强的高粱品系13份,占供试品系的26.0%。这13份高粱材料可作为高粱耐旱育种的种质资源。

【Abstract】 Water control in greenhouse was used to simulate drought stress at filling stage, and the effects of drought stress on agronomic traits of sorghum were discussed. In the experiment, two treatments, normal greenhouse management and drought stress, were set up randonly, then evaluated the drought resistance of sorghum by the combination of membership function and cluster analysis comprehensively. The result showed that under drought stress, the ear length of all sorghum lines became shorter, the single ear quality and 1 000-grain quality decreased, the difference between drought stress and control was significant or extremely significant, but the difference between plant height and stem diameter was not significant, and the difference between drought stress and control was not significant. 13 sorghum lines with strong drought resistance were screened by the method of combining membership function and drought resistance coefficient, accounting for 26.0% of the tested lines. These 13 sorghum materials can be used as germplasm resources for sorghum drought tolerance breeding.
