叶面喷施抗逆制剂对小麦灌浆特性及产量的影响
Effects of Anti-stress Agents Sprayed on Leaf Surface on Grouting Characteristics and Yield of Wheat
【摘要】 为探讨春季低温灾害发生后喷施抗逆制剂对小麦产量和生长发育的影响,在大田低温冻害发生后,以5种化学调控剂为材料对济麦22麦田喷施,研究喷施制剂对小麦灌浆特性、光合性能、产量及其构成因素的影响。结果表明,叶面喷施5种抗逆制剂能延长灌浆时间,平均灌浆速率较对照显著提高,以天达2116和kn-8表现较好;光合速率以旱地龙和kn-8表现较好。各处理的穗数均比对照显著提高,以kn-8最高,比对照提高10.28%;穗粒数均高于对照,以kn-8增幅最大,且差异达到显著水平;千粒质量增幅为1.17~2.41 g,以天达2116增加最多,kn-8次之,二者与对照间差异均达显著水平;产量比对照提高0.14%~9.34%。低温灾害后喷施化学调控剂是灾后恢复生长、提高产量的有效补救措施,推荐喷施抗逆制剂旱地龙和kn-8。
【Abstract】 To explore the effects of anti-stress agents on yield and growth of wheat after the occurrence of the spring low-temperature disaster, five kinds of anti-stress agents were used to spray in wheat Jimai 22 after the occurrence of low-temperature damage in the field, and the effects of anti-stress agents on wheat grouting characteristics, photosynthetic parameters, yield and its components were studied. The results showed that 5 anti-stress agents could prolong the grouting time, and the average grouting rate was significantly higher than that of the control, Tianda 2116 and kn-8 were better performers. The photosynthetic rate of dryland dragon and kn-8 was better. The spike number of each treatment was significantly higher than that of CK, kn-8 was the highest, 10.28% higher than the control. Grain number per spike in each treatment was higher than that of CK, and the increase of kn-8 was the greatest and the difference reached a significant level. The increase of 1 000-grain quality was 1.17-2.41 g, with Tianda 2116 increasing the most,followed by kn-8, there was a significant difference between them and the control. Compared with the control group, the yield of different treatments increased by 0.14%-9.34%. Spraying chemical regulators after low temperature disasters is an effective remedial measure to restore growth and increase yield after disasters. It is recommended to spray leaf agents dryland dragon and kn-8 to increase spike number, grain number per spike and 1 000-grain quality, so as to achieve the goal of recovering yield.
