基于高通量测序技术的玉米不同生育时期土壤细菌多样性变化

【摘要】 为探明玉米关键生育时期土壤细菌多样性的动态变化,基于Illumina Hi Seq 2500高通量测序技术测定细菌16S r RNA V3+V4区序列,分析玉米4个关键生育时期土壤细菌的菌群结构及多样性。结果表明,在玉米4个关键生育时期,分别检测到42,37,39,37个细菌门,其中,变形菌门是研究区土壤中的优势细菌类群,占有绝对优势,其次依次是酸杆菌门、放线菌门、绿弯菌门、拟杆菌门、芽单胞杆菌门;土壤细菌多样性随着生育时期的进程而变化,苗期土壤细菌多样性最高,成熟期最低。

【Abstract】 To study the dynamic change of soil bacteria diversity during the key growth period of maize, the Illumina Hi Seq 2500 high-throughput sequencing technology was used to determine the 16 S r DNA V3+V4 region sequence of bacteria, and to analyse the structure and diversity of soil bacteria in four key growth stages of maize. The results showed that 42, 37, 39, 37 were detected in 4 samples at phylum stage during the whole growth period of maize, Proteobacteria was the dominant bacteria at phylum level, followed by Acidobacteria, Actinobacteria, Chloroflexi, Bcateroidetes, Gemmatimonadetes. The diversity of soil bacteria varied during the different growth period, soil bacteria diversity in seedling period was the highest and the maturity was the lowest.
