玉米抗旱育种研究进展
Research Progress in Drought Resistance Breeding of Maize
【摘要】 玉米是世界上主要的粮食、饲料、能源以及工业原料之一。干旱是影响粮食产量的重要因素,因此抗旱品种选育向来是玉米育种工作者的主要育种目标。玉米抗旱品种选育不仅能够节约农业用水,还能增加玉米种植面积、降低种植风险。文章综述了国内外玉米抗旱品种选育、QTL定位以及抗旱基因的研究现状,可为进一步选育抗旱品种奠定材料基础和提供基因资源。
【Abstract】 Corn is one of the world’s major food, feed, energy and industrial raw materials. Drought is an important factor affecting grain yield, so the drought-resistant varieties breeding has always been the main breeding goal of maize breeders. Selection of drought-resistant maize varieties can not only save water for agriculture, but also increase maize planting area and reduce planting risk. In this paper, the research status of maize drought-resistant varieties breeding, QTL mapping and drought-resistant genes internal and abroad were reviewed, which laid a material foundation and provided genetic resources for further breeding of drought-resistant varieties.
