运用定量化育种理论选育不同生态经济型菊芋新品种

【摘要】 为培育满足市场需求的菊芋新品种,在定量化育种理论与方法的指导下,运用灰色关系和同异关系分析原理与方法,制定育种目标;采用单株灰色选择及同异选择原理与方法,确定优良单株;采用品种灰色多维综合评估及同异比较原理与方法,筛选显著优于大面积推广品种青芋2号(对照)的菊芋新品种(系),成功地培育出了加工型和鲜食型菊芋新品种廊芋21、廊芋3号和廊芋5号、牧草型菊芋新品种廊芋21、廊芋8号和廊芋3号、耐盐碱型菊芋新品种廊芋8号、廊芋3号和廊芋21以及观赏型菊芋新品种廊芋31,充分说明该理论与方法用于指导作物新品种选育切实可行。

【Abstract】 To screen the new Helianthus tuberosus varieties to meet the market demand, under the guidance of the theory and method in quantitative breeding, the breeding goals were set up using the principle and method of grey relation and the similarity-difference relationship analysis. The superior individual plants were determined using the principle and method of individual plant grey selection and similarity-difference selection, the new Helianthus tuberosus varieties or strains which were significantly better than the variety with large extension(check variety) were screened using the principle and method of grey multidimensional comprehensive evaluation and similarity-difference comparision, and the processing type and fresh-eating type varieties, Langyu 21,Langyu 3 and Langyu 5, the forage type varieties, Langyu 21, Langyu 8 and Langyu 3, the saline-alkaline tolerating type varieties,Langyu 8, Langyu 3 and Langyu 21, and the ornamental type varieties, Langyu 31 were successfully developed, which fully explains that it is feasible that the theory and method are used to guide the new crop varieties breeding.
