【摘要】 对影响绶草生长与繁殖的主要因素(不同土壤及施用绶草益生菌、温度与光照、遮光度、湿度及施肥、地栽与草坪混栽及植保抗性)进行了研究。结果表明,绶草栽培以褐紫色草坪土+绶草益生菌液为佳,其植株与土壤中的绶草益生菌有共生关系;绶草在不同的生长与繁殖阶段所需温度与光照是不同的,绶草春季初苗至成苗期遮光度以10%～20%为佳,孕果期遮光度以小于或等于10%为佳,夏眠后秋季出苗时,遮光度以30%为佳;土壤相对湿度控制在60%～70%为宜;在营养生长与生殖生长阶段的初期施肥,植株的产量提高显著;栽植于草坪中的绶草对病虫害的抗性较强。更多还原

【Abstract】 The main factors on the growth and reproduction of Spiranthes sinensis were studied, including cultivation soil,application of Spiranthes sinensis probiotics, temperature, illumination, shading degree, humidiy, fertilization, farmlands lanted in a mixture with lawn, and plant protection resistance. The results showed that brown purple lawn soil+Spiranthes sinensis probiotics liquid was better for the cultivation, and the plant had a symbiotic relationship with the probiotics of Spiranthes sinenesis in the soil. The temperature and illumination required at the different growth and reproduction stages were different. The shading degree from the initial seedling stage to the seedling stage in spring in Spiranthes sinensis was 10%-20%, pregnancy was less than or equal to 10%, the shading degree was 30% when the seedling came out in autumn after dormancy over summer. Soil relative humidity should be controlled between60% and 70%. Fertilization at the initial stage of vegetative growth and reproductive growth could increase significantly the plant yield.The Spiranthes sinensis planted in lawn had strong immunity to diseases and insect pests.更多还原
