不同营养生长时间对地被菊生长开花的影响
Effects of Different Vegetative Growth Time on Growth and Flowering of Ground-cover Chrysanthemum
【摘要】 以地被菊俏粉阁为试材,分期短日照处理40 d(当日17:00至次日8:00),设置5个处理(以不遮光为对照),测定植株生长发育的相关指标并记录开花进程,探求营养生长时间对菊花生长开花的影响。结果表明,光周期处理前,T4处理(营养生长40 d)俏粉阁根系长度、鲜质量及干质量显著高于其他处理;俏粉阁株高、冠幅随着营养生长时间的增加逐渐增加,处理22~28 d,T2,T3,T4处理株高、冠幅生长量显著高于其他处理,处理36~42 d,对照处理株高、冠幅生长量最大;俏粉阁花期随着营养生长时间的增加出现延迟,T4处理植株到达花期各阶段的间隔时间最短,开花最晚,但各处理植株开花总时长差异不显著;T4处理植株开花量、舌状花长度、花径、重瓣性及花粉活力显著高于其他处理。随着营养生长时间的增加,俏粉阁株高、冠幅、根系长度等逐渐增加,盛花期花朵品质提高,但开花出现延迟。当营养生长20 d时进行短日诱导,生长速度最快,开花最早,花朵品质较好。
【Abstract】 The ground-cover chrysanthemum Qiaofenge was used as the material, staging short-day treatment for 40 d(17:00-8:00 the next day)and 5 treatments(without shading as the control)were set up. The relevant indicators of plant growth and development were measured, and the flowering process was recorded to explore the effect of vegetative growth time on chrysanthemum growth and flowering. The results showed that before the photoperiod treatment, the root length, fresh quality and dry quality of plants under T4 treatment(vegetative growth for 40 d)were significantly higher than other treatments. The plant height growth and crown growth of Qiaofenge along with vegetative growth time gradually increased, after treatment for 22-28 d, the plant height and crown growth of T2, T3 and T4 treatment were significantly higher than those of other treatments, after treatment for 36-42 d, the plant height and crown growth of the control plants were the highest. The flowering period of Qiaofenge was delayed with the increase of vegetative growth time. The interval time from planting to different flowering stages under T4 treatment was the shortest, and the flowering was the latest, but the total flowering time of each treatment was not significant. The flowering amount, lingual flower length, flower diameter, double lobes and pollen vigor under T4 treatment were significantly higher than other treatments. It can be concluded that with the increase of vegetative growth time, the plant height, crown width and root length of Qiaofenge gradually increased, and the flower quality during the flowering period increased, but there was a delay in flowering. When the vegetative growth continued for 20 days before short-day induction, the fastest growth rate, the earliest flowering, the flower quality is better.
