渍水胁迫对桑树幼苗根系生长的影响

【摘要】 试验以8036×农14和桂优12号2个桑种幼苗为研究对象模拟渍水胁迫,通过测定渍水胁迫下2个桑种幼苗根系的生长指标、形态及质膜相对透性,研究了渍水胁迫对不同桑种幼苗根系生长和生理特性的影响。结果表明,渍水胁迫对2个桑种幼苗根系的影响程度不同;渍水胁迫下桑树幼苗根系鲜质量和干质量下降,幼苗总根长、表面积、总体积、根尖数降低,根系平均直径增加,根系质膜相对透性升高。

【Abstract】 In this study, seedlings of 8036×Nong 14 and Guiyou 12 were used to simulate the waterlogging stress. The root growth,physiological characteristics and relative permeability of two mulberry seedlings under waterlogging stress were measured. The effects of waterlogging stress on the root growth and physiological characteristics of different mulberry species were studied. The results showed that the effect of waterlogging stress on the roots of 2 mulberry seedlings was different. Under waterlogging stress, the root fresh quality and dry quality of mulberry seedlings decreased, the total root length, surface area, total volume, root tip number of the seedlings decreased, the average root diameter increased, and the relative permeability of root plasma membrane increased.
