转基因玉米对土壤酶活性的影响
Effect of Transgenic Maize on Soil Enzyme Activities
【摘要】 为了研究转基因作物的土壤生态安全性,用转Bt基因玉米和非转基因玉米进行盆栽试验,评价转基因玉米对土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明,苗期转基因玉米的土壤脲酶活性比非转基因玉米降低14.30%,成熟期提高63.34%;转基因玉米对土壤碱性磷酸酶活性没有影响;抽穗期和收获期转基因玉米与非转基因玉米的土壤转化酶活性差异达到显著水平;转基因玉米的过氧化氢酶活性在苗期和收获期显著提高,分别比非转基因玉米提高28.01%和8.01%。转基因玉米对土壤酶活性有一定的影响。
【Abstract】 The experiment was conducted to assess the impacts of transgenic crops on soil ecological risk.Bt-transgenic corn hybrids and its non-transgenic isoline were used to assess the impacts of transgenic corn on the soil enzyme activities in pot experiment.The results showed that the soil urease activity of transgenic Bt corn decreased by 14.30% at seedling stage,and increased by 63.34% at maturity stage,compared with non-transgenic corn,respectively.There were no district difference in alka-phosphatase.The difference of soil invertase activity betwean transgenic corn and non-transgenic corn at heading stage and harvest stages reached significant level.Catalase in transgenic Bt corn soil increased 28.01% at seedling stage and 8.01% at maturity stage compared with non-transgenic corn soil,respectively.We suggest that transgenic corn has a certain effect on soil enzyme activities.
