榆林沙区红松异砧嫁接成活率的影响因素研究
Influential Factors of Grafting Survival Rate of Pinus koraiensis with Different Rootstocks in Yulin Sandy Area
【摘要】 影响红松异砧嫁接成活率的因素较多,为了探索嫁接成活率的影响因素。本文重点选取了不同种源、不同规格的接穗进行嫁接试验研究,并分析了嫁接成活率。结果表明:采自不同种源和不同规格的接穗嫁接成活率均存在一定差异。在辽宁省森林经营研究所红松种子园和辽宁省固沙造林研究所红松林采集的接穗,嫁接后平均成活率分别为91.01%和84.15%。两个种源所采集的不同规格接穗中,规格在12.0~15.0mm之间时,嫁接成活率均达到最高。因此,红松异砧嫁接时,应选择规格为12.0~15.0mm之间红松种子园优生区接穗。
【Abstract】 There are many factors affecting the survival rate of cross-rootstock grafting of Pinus koraiensis.In order to explore the factors affecting the survival rate of cross-rootstock grafting of Pinus koraiensis,the grafting experiments of different provenances and different specifications of scions were carried out,and the survival rate of grafting was analyzed.The results showed that there were some differences in the survival rate of grafting from different provenances and different specifications.The average survival rates of grafted scions were 91.01%and 84.15%respectively in Pinus koraiensis mother forest of Liaoning Forest Management Research Institute and experimental forest of Liaoning Sand Fixation Afforestation Research Institute.Among the scions of different specifications collected from two provenances,the survival rate of grafting reached the highest when the specifications were between 12.0 mm and 15.0 mm.Therefore,when grafting Korean pine with different rootstocks,scions in the eugenic zone of Korean pine mother forest should be selected between 12.0 mm and 15.0 mm.
