铁素体耐热不锈钢概况及关键技术
Overview and Key Technologies of Ferritic Heat Resistant Stainless Steels
【摘要】 通过Laves相强化、弥散强化、固溶强化、碳化物强化、位错强化等综合强化机制,普通耐热钢可进一步提高综合性能,以满足超超临界火电机组的用材标准,确保设备运行安全。梳理分析了国内外铁素体耐热不锈钢发展现状,对山西省发展耐热不锈钢产业提出了政策建议。
【Abstract】 By means of Laves phase strengthening,dispersion strengthening,solid solution strengthening,carbide strengthening,dislocation strengthening and other comprehensive strengthening mechanisms,the comprehensive properties of ordinary heat-resistant steel can be further improved to meet the material standards of ultra-supercritical thermal power units and ensure the safety of equipment operation. This paper analyzes development status of ferritic heat-resistant stainless steels at home and abroa,puts forward some policy suggestions for the development of heat-resistant stainless steel industry in Shanxi Province.
