【Abstract】 A strain M3 with high Monacolin K content is isolated and screened,and its culture conditions are studied.The results show that the content of Monacolin K can reach 2.35 mg/g when rice is used as culture medium and tartary buckwheat rice is added 20.0%. After 5 days of culture at 30 ℃,culture conditions of Monacolin K is changed to 23 ℃ for20 days.更多还原
